Marinate the chicken with soy sauce (1 tbsp) and cornstarch (1 tbsp)
Pour some sesame oil (1 tbsp) to coat the chicken, then leave it aside for a few minutes.
Slice some bell peppers (135g) and one onion (100g)
Prepare the Black Pepper Stir-fry sauce with chicken stock (1/2 cup), soy sauce (2 tbsp), dark soy sauce (1 tbsp), Shaoxing wine (1 tbsp / optional), sugar (1/2 tbsp), freshly cracked black pepper (1 1/2 tbsp or more!) and some corn starch (1 tbsp)

Then take the ingredients out of the wok and set aside
Add more oil (1/2 tbsp) to the work, and sauté minced garlic (4 cloves) and grated ginger (1 tsp) for 1 minute
Then pour the stir-fry sauce into the wok
